At Antique Haus, we curate vintage and antique pieces with love — and each item is truly one of a kind. Due to the nature of our inventory, all sales are FINAL.

💡 Please Note:

  • All items are sold as-is and may show signs of age, wear, or character — which we believe adds to their charm.

  • We do our best to describe and photograph each piece accurately. If there are any major disclosures, we'll be sure to point that out. If you have questions about an item before purchasing, please feel free to reach out.

🛠 Damaged in Transit?

If your item arrives damaged, please email us at info@theantiquehaus.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging - all sides of the box/label along with the inside contents. We'll work with you to resolve the issue.

📦 Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, Antique Haus is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

If your package is marked as “delivered” but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We recommend checking with neighbors, your local post office, or building management.

We are always happy to help however we can, but we cannot refund or replace items lost after they have left our hands.

🏡 Moved Recently?

If you’ve placed an order and have since moved or need to update your shipping address, please email us at info@theantiquehaus.com as soon as possible. We’re happy to make changes — but only before your order has shipped.

We are not responsible for items shipped to incorrect or outdated addresses provided at checkout.
